API Major refactoring

Architecture:

• Reorganize all calls to database into one folder database which shoould be divided by collections:
  • Bots: all create, update, delete operations for bots Mongodb
  • Deals: all CRUD operations for deals, only to Mongodb
  • Once all of them have their own class -> file -> folder, do global search and remove duplicates.
