puppet/stdlib 4.25.0 added various types for validating IP addresses, which removes the need for the thrnio/ip dependency.

puppet/stdlibversion 4.25.0 added in some IP address types similar to those provided by thethrnio/ipmodule, as well as somePorttypes that match the ones you have inbodgitlib. This change just switches over to using the stdlib types, mainly to remove thethrnio/ipdependency.
