Add CSF 2.0 support

CSF 2.0 (https://doi.org/10.6028/NIST.CSWP.29) provides updates to the earlier CSF 1, introduces profiles etc. i think it would be very valuable to have this in gapps.

I'm willing to do some work to add this, but need a bit of a steer in the right direction.

Hey @donbowman - do you have a csv/excel file of the framework? We can load it pretty easily if we have that
