stdin/stdout/stderr streams are very slow on Android 10 and below

stoic uses LocalSocket for its streams, which was slow until this commit - https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base.git/+/9d8b92685946c5029a71ac7d90b6b68dceecc773
