Something is missing from the code I think??

pyMSA is not working

After installing with pip3 it is not possible to run the application.
Tutorial is minimal at best and the only indication on how to run it is using pymsa/**benchmark.py**
A file that is not even part of the installed package. 

Also tried installing using git, but this option fails.

Is this software dead???
Need a robust and simple way to score individual alignments.
