Update UnicodeVersion to use u8 #4
Description
Update from the Unicode Standard
The UTC had consensus to "Update the Unicode Standard to say that the version number is limited to 3 integer fields with values from 0 to 255".
The text of the Standard will be updated accordingly in the next version (Unicode 11, released mid 2018), regarding both Unicode Version value and the Unicode Age property values.
