Remember settings for outline panel view (collapsed items)

I find myself constantly collapsing most items in the outline panel to hone in on what I'm working on. However, it reverts back to all items expanded.

It would be really nice if it would remember the state I last had it. If not, I think I'd prefer it collapses all instead of expands all by default.

Are you seeing an issue in 2.9 or 2.10?

I tried both versions. If I open the outline panel, collapse various sections, then close the panel and reopen it, all sections are expanded.
