Generalized ECS credential provider uses the
AWS_CONTAINER_CREDENTIALS_FULL_URIenvironment variable only ifAWS_CONTAINER_CREDENTIALS_RELATIVE_URIorcredential_pathoption is not set. Also supports an Authorization header set byAWS_CONTAINER_AUTHORIZATION_TOKEN.
