Plumbs through put, update, and delete item options to underlying client calls. This is is necessary so that options like
return_valuesandreturn_values_on_condition_check_failurecan be configured. Ifreturn_values_on_condition_check_failureis used, theConditionalWriteFailederror will have an original error instance ofConditionalCheckFailedExceptionwith item data that can be used.
