We got an error when running the Make Release workflow on the Update SSM step

Error: Credentials could not be loaded, please check your action inputs: Could not load credentials from any providers

Why is this needed?

This is needed to release a new version of Powertools

It seems like the role didn't get passed. I think it was because of the secrets not properly passed to the workflow.
