Summary

We're getting the following error when trying to run the Make Release workflow

The workflow is not valid. aws-powertools/powertools-lambda-typescript/.github/workflows/publish_layer.yml@3d6414d513be311abb028b008e56fe0d641047ea (Line: 90, Col: 3): Error calling workflow 'aws-powertools/powertools-lambda-typescript/.github/workflows/update_ssm.yml@3d6414d513be311abb028b008e56fe0d641047ea'. The nested job 'typescript' is requesting 'contents: write, id-token: write', but is only allowed 'contents: read, id-token: none'.

Why is this needed?

This is needed for the release of a new version
