How can we improve?

When viewing an older version of the java documentation, a banner is presented warning the user that they're looking at an old version of the documentation, with a link to view the latest version.

Clicking the link to view the latest redirects the user to v1.x.x

Hey @ConnorKirk ! Yes, #1916 is related to this one, yours is more related to the banner not going to the the latest and Andrea's one seems to be for https://docs.powertools.aws.dev/lambda/java/ redirecting to 1.x.x. as well, and not to the latest.

Hey @ConnorKirk and @anafalcao,

yes, it is true that this redirect is not working. The reason is that the banner is redirecting to https://docs.powertools.aws.dev/lambda/java/ which in turn redirects incorrectly to the old 1.x.x version. If we fix #1916 this issue should be fixed automatically.
