This PR moves our automated builds to the Joyent Product-CI Jenkins server. At some future point in time we'd like to get these builds posting back to GitHub (ref https://github.com/joyent/product-automation/issues/4 for Joyent org members), but for now this will get us consistent testing.
Note that the tests don't currently pass! That work still needs to be done in #71
