gRPC Client for Auraed

Create docs to help with mTLS management, and build a gRPC client for auraed.

Note: Please leverage the https://github.com/aurae-runtime/client-go work! Please vendor the client go code directly. If changes needed to be made to client-go either build them directly in the repository first or wait for somebody else.

Success: Be able to demonstrate a connection to auraed

Update: We have made the decision to archive the client-go repository and host a standalone client library in the /client directory.

Please build a functional gRPC client, and include documentation on how to load client cert material for mTLS.

Give an example of how to use the client so that folks working on the CLI tool can easily vendor the client.
