ICI 4 Source

Hi, this isn't an issue persay, but a question.

We're using ICI 4.1.0 in an application here and I noticed that there is an ICI 4.2.0 listed in the CHANGES file. I assume that still uses the old syntax of ICI, is that correct? Do you have any idea where I could get that version of source code (core & modules)? The sourceforge project has 4.1.0 as the most current. I'd like to think about updating to 4.2 (likely preferred in our case) or potentially to 5.X (however the syntax changes will be a problem for our users existing codebases).
