Custom card support for deck importer #504
Description
By providing the IDs in the ArkhamDB deck description (prefaced by some instructor like add: ..., ...), the deck importer could add custom cards if they are placed in the allcardsbag or a hotfixbag (might need to rework these slightly for general use like that).
As a fallback and means for support of existing content, the Zoop guid can be used as identifier.
