Move audio configuration to application config

• Move the audio installation into the archinstall/application/audio.py file
• Move dataclasses into the models/application.py file
• Move the audio menu from the global menu to the application sub menu
• Backwards compatible audio config is parsed correctly (with test)

@Torxed these are breaking changes for users who script their config, but users with an old config will parse the audio correctly as its backwards compatible
