Fix python jar linking

This addresses multiple issues with Python jar linking:

• link type was ignored (Respect link type (hard,soft,copy) in python implementaiton #24)
• link type was not a command line argument (Add command line option for link type #25)
• no auto mode for link type (Implement an auto mode for artifact linking #22)

I would prefer to implement it in the bash script as well. For now, just update issue #22 to say that the feature is now implemented in Python, and we'll close the issue as soon as the bash script catches up?
