[Request]: ability to pin a container to use efficiency cores (e-cores)

As far as I understand there is no way to ensure that a container only uses efficiency cores.

It would be great if this could be enforced or at least be suggested.

Virtualization.framework (what we use to spawn the VMs) does not support this in any way, but happy to keep this open for a feature req on that.
