[Request]: Add `container-update` script to upgrade/downgrade version

Created based on the container discussion

There should be a way to upgrade to the latest release version with a single command and vice versa. This would allow developers to quickly be up to date with releases, without having to manually install packages (if they don't want to do that or can't use homebrew).
