[Request]: Single file mount support.

apple/containerization#487 adds support for single file mounts. Once the containerization dependency is updated in container, we can test the capability for (rw, ro) x (same volume, cross volume).

We need to add a warning message for cross-volume rw mounts that the updates to the mounted file are not reflected on the host (the solution requires hard linking a temporary file to the host file, to ensure that other files in the same directory are not mounted into the container).

Can you explain me the cross-volume rw limitation: is the hard-link approach a permanent constraint, or is there a future path where file-level modifications could sync back to the host?
