temp_mitre_lookup and temp_tactic_technique_count lookups do not exist #41

Hello,
The attack_matrix_risk_view.xml dashboard has several queries which mention the lookups temp_mitre_lookup.csv and temp_tactic_technique_count.csv which don't seem to exist, which leads to some errors in our Splunk instance, and of course this also means that this dashboard does not work as intended.
