This will allow the versions to be removed from build.gradle in grails-forge generated apps.

    developmentOnly "org.webjars.npm:bootstrap:5.3.3"
    developmentOnly "org.webjars.npm:bootstrap-icons:1.11.3"
    developmentOnly "org.webjars.npm:jquery:3.7.1"
