Image upload broken in latest Claude Code

Bug Description

dragging image into Claude Code doesn't upload the image. This used to work and was a critical part of my UI implementation workflow.

I've tried both dragging image from Finder and dragging recently screenshotted image (from bottom left of screen on Mac). Claude Code simply ignores the image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take screenshot of something
2. When image appears on bottom right of screen on Mac, click and drag it onto Claude Code input box.
3. Notice Claude Code does nothing.

Same thing happens if I drag image from Finder window.

Expected Behavior

This was working fine until latest update. Dragging any image into Claude Code input would display [Image #1] and Claude could analyze the image.

Actual Behavior

Image is ignored.
