find_node_id function error

After updating from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2, calling the function find_node_id from fem.system results in an error

"free variable 'vertex_v' referenced before assignment in enclosing scope"

@TomArm : I've just pushed a new version 1.4.3 to PyPI, in which this bug should now be fixed :-)
