easier bundeling

i use doygen-lua for building the documentation in ulatencyd. I decided to simply ship the two
files with ulatencyd instead of having another depency which is not available broadly.

I changed the wrapper slightly: https://github.com/poelzi/ulatencyd/blob/master/scripts/lua2dox/lua2dox

I would prefer some easy, offical way to do this. As it's quite small i think shipping is a valid option :-)

is there a reason for requireing moose, it's very large.
