Add clockless LED driver for nRF boards

Keen to find a non-SPI-hacking way to implement a clockless LED driver on the nRF boards.

Not sure how to approach, help appreciated.

I bought an Adafruit nRF52840 Express from DigiKey to help with this. Not a priority for me personally, but keen to do eventually.
