Open in Automator, set your username, api key and optionally a container name (default: Screenshots). Also check the auth url. Then save as a service. Go to System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts. You'll find Screenshot to Cloud Files under Services -> General. You can now assign a shortcut to launch it.
