[Docs] Next Directory GUI release changes asset names

[This PR](https://github.com/agntcy/dir/pull/978) changes Directory GUI asset names. When new version will be released, the Directory GUI related page should be updated, specifically the [Downloads](https://docs.agntcy.org/dir/directory-gui/#downloads) part to point to the new asset names in the release.
