Settings attribute doesn't seem to be implemented #11
Description
I am using this plugin on an Optimizely v12 site and when i try to use the settings attribute (https://github.com/advanced-cms/time-property/blob/master/src/Advanced.CMS.TimeProperty/TimePropertySettingsAttribute.cs) to set the visible increment i get an error. it doesn't look like this is implemented, is that correct?
If i'm wrong it might be that my syntax is incorrect, is there an example of how this should look anywhere I can compare to?
