DBLE 开启useSqlStat参数后出现内存冲高

• dble version：2.19.03/lts
• preconditions ：useSqlStat=1

dump信息如下：

从dump中看到是ConcurrentSkipListMap占用了大部分JVM内存，里边是UserSqlLastStat$sqlLast，开启useSqlStat功能后会使用到，不太理解的是DBLE为什么会有这么多的ConcurrentSkipListMap占用空间，而且map里边看到还有map，帮忙看一下是哪里的逻辑导致生成了这么多的ConcurrentSkipListMap。
源码中是在这里初始化了map和sqlLast
