Rclone Manager doesn´t restart after suspending PC #17

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
Bug Description
First thank you for developing this app!, as described the program gets closed and disappears from tray after suspending on Windows, desirable behavior would be to keep it there as intended if start with windows option is used.
