What is the current behavior?

Generate YSLS file, Button Disappearing From Yarn Project View In VSCode Editor after downloading missing .NET dependencies and restarting VSCode for a Version Update.

Please provide the steps to reproduce, and if possible, a minimal demo of the problem:

I downloaded .NET 5 while searching for the missing dependencies & 9.014, as requested by VSCode Yarn Project View's error message, then updated to the latest version of VSCode as of this post.

What is the expected behavior? &

Having the Built-In "Generate" Button, I only have the "Add Definition File" button.

The definitions view where I first saw the Generate YSLS button, this was my first time interacting with the feature so I'm unsure if it has moved.
