Some old references point to the Blueprint Builder. Should we redirect it to the new Blueprint editor?

Yes, we don't need multiple tools to do the same job, and the Blueprint editor has advantages over the Blueprint builder.

Does the Blueprint editor support all the Blueprint builder features?
Users need to be able to land directly on the Blueprint tab, and their Blueprint is loaded from the URL.

The website already supports hash URLs and the blueprint-url argument, but I'm not sure if there's a way to open the site manager Blueprint tab using a query argument.
