What?

Adds a new "Use of AI Tools" section to the pull request template, requiring contributors to disclose any AI tooling used in their contribution. Also improves the "Screenshots or screencast" section with a before/after table format and more descriptive guidance.

Why?

As AI-assisted development becomes more common, the WordPress project requires contributors to be transparent about AI tool usage per the WordPress AI Guidelines. This PR ensures the Two-Factor plugin's PR template aligns with that policy and sets clear expectations for disclosure.

How?

  • Adds a ## Use of AI Tools section with an explanatory comment and an example disclosure block (tool name, model, and intended use)
  • Adds a Fixes # line to the top of the template for easier issue linking
  • Replaces the vague screenshots comment with structured guidance and a Before/After markdown table
  • Adds a Development Update changelog entry type

Testing Instructions
