@pattonwebz this is going to be part of the auto-sync plugin to the handbook
But I've been checking any similar patterns in the Administration Handbook (that it's already syncing) and it seems that there is no HTML, so I agree with you
The github markdown wont do anything special in the make handbook, so we can simply ignore it.
Now we need to review all PR that are using div because there were a couple of pages that were already created some years ago, and this is what we are reviewing now

If you have already spotted some similar cases want to do a quick check and open any number of PR to remove this HTML you can go for it.
