Update Weekly Meetings (Calendar) with new Core Test schedule

As discussed in #103 and following the recent Core Test meeting (Wed @ 2PM GMT), the meeting structure has been updated.

The Weekly Meetings (Calendar) section needs to be revised to reflect the new schedule.

🗓 New Meeting Structure

• Weekly Patch Testing Scrub
  Tuesday at 15:00 GMT (runs every week)

• Weekly Test Chat
  Thursday at 15:00 GMT (runs every week)

• Monthly Voice Test Chat
  First Thursday of each month at 15:00 GMT

I’m not sure about this. It might not be in the repo. I think the test team reps would know or have access to it.
