LGTM 👍 Makes sense given how we're starting to adopt theming tokens in @wordpress/components. I confirmed that "Theme" settings appear in "Components" and "Design System" stories, and not in other stories.

What?
Extends the Storybook theming toolbar so they apply to
@wordpress/componentsstories as well, not only@wordpress/uicomponents.Adds a small shared helper so the addon and decorator stay in sync.
Why?
We're going to start adding more design tokens to
@wordpress/components.Testing Instructions
npm run storybook:dev.Use of AI Tools
Composer 2
