Table Block: Adds link color support

Adds link color support to the Table block.

Why?

The Table block did not previously support link color customization, causing links within table cells to always use the default theme link color.
This change allows users to set custom link colors directly through the block’s color settings panel, improving visual consistency and design flexibility.

Testing Instructions

1. Open the editor and insert a Table block.
2. Add text with a link inside one of the table cells.
3. In the block settings sidebar, open the Color settings panel.
4. Change the Link color.
5. Confirm that:
   • The selected link color updates in the editor preview.
   • The same color is applied on the front end after saving and viewing the post.
