Updates to the curating the editor experience to include 6.1 & 6.2 items

In order to keep the curating the editor experience doc up to date with the latest and greatest, I'm proposing some quick changes that include mentioning content locking for reusable and navigation blocks along with starter patterns for all post types. I didn't include #45814 but perhaps we should?

I don't think any of the UI pieces are ready yet, but we'd definitely want to include something when they are.
