Description

You can use the tab key to access the "Add new note" button. This text could be misinterpreted as an action to add a new note to another block.

My feeling is that this should be "Add new reply".

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Insert a block and add a note on it.
• Focus the note itself by using the tab key.
• Press the tab key again. The button labeled "Add new note" will be focused.
