The social icon color panel should have a clear button.
For consistency and UX.

1. Change the icon color in a social icon block
2. Remove the color

@hanneslsm Thank you for reporting this UX enhancement request. I've thoroughly verified this issue on the latest version of Gutenberg, and I'm pleased to confirm that the social icons color panel now includes a clear button functionality for both the icon color and icon background color settings. This improvement has been implemented since this issue was reported in 2023.
