[HelpHub] Update Block settings screenshot in all the block pages

Update for 6.2

• For every block page listed in https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/blocks-list/, go into the Block Settings section.
• Update the screenshot image for the block settings for the block
• Also update the screenshot that shows how to show the sidebar.

Refer Stabilize the block inspector tabs experiment
Make Settings tab the default

General

• Make sure all screenshots are relevant to the latest version
• Add ALT tags for the images
• Convert all reusable blocks to a ‘regular block’.
• Update the changelog at the end of the article
