Sent messages had a "From" (which was actually the recipient) but no "To" (Recipients). They should have at least one Recipient but no "From" (it's implicit). This was causing Messaging to crash when loading conversations with those malformed messages. Also fixed the default transportId to actually be the default ID assigned to the first transport,
