UPGRADE_NEEDED response from api

Hi there,

For an application we developed years ago using your unitag client we have started to receive strange repsonses on endpoints that have been working well for years.

Client error: `POST https://api-v2.unitag.io/asset/download/qrcode_bundle` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response:
"UPGRADE_NEEDED"

Do you have any idea what could be causing this ?

@dreammonkey, thanks for reaching out, UPGRADE_NEEDED usually means you have reached a limit with your account. For such issues you will need to contact our support at support[:at]unitag.io as we do not have visibility on your account or its usage on the tech side.

Otherwise you can go through the platform and create a ticket using the Support section

Still I think it is strange because I believe our client has a Platinum plan... And the response comes from a single request to the download endpoint for a qr code...
