Reset motor board on corrupted packets accumulation #3649
Description
Description of the task
Thunderloop sometimes send corrupted or unsynced packets to the motor driver boards randomly. We want to reset the motor board every ~10 bad packets to avoid accumulation.
Acceptance criteria
- motor board no longer accumulates corrupted packets.
