Enhance players and teams with avatar #63

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently all players and teams could only identify by their name, but especially for the live dashboard a picture of players or teams would be nice.
Especially in sports with teams, there is sometimes a logo of a team.
Describe the solution you'd like
There are several places were a avatar have to beconfigured:
Turnierverwaltung
- In the create or update dialog for a player and team should be an option for the avatar upload.
- In the player and team table should be an extra column with the avatar
Registration
- It should be possible to upload an avatar during the registration process
- It should be configurable for the admins, if the avatar upload is visible or not
Live-Dashboard
The avatar should be shown in the all different competitions and the game overviews.
Schiri
The avatar should be shown next to the player or team name.
