Add digital scoreboard for tablets #54

Several sports are working with scoreboards next to the game place (normally used by the referees) which are used to show the current points.
Describe the solution you'd like
If Turnonio would offer an digital version of a score board, people could use a tablet as a scoreboard and the referee could enter the current standing via the smartphone and the result will be shown on the scoreboard and could be provided directly on the live dashboard.
Benefit would be, that there is no manual process anymore and the tournament managers and live dashboard users would get live insights of the current running games.
