CommandBlocker doesn't support blocking specific of subcommands (i.e: /mail sendall)

Updated the title and contents of this issue to be a bit more specific. Currently, CommandBlocker doesn't support this feature. @robingall2910

@robingall2910 It will eventually be added, however probably not until we get 1.8 up and running. @JeromSar and @StevenLawson from what I understand have more or less frozen development here due to the fact that it will almost definitely have to be re-written later.

So you mean it has to be that the TFM has to be re-written for 1.8? Then
you'll add it or something like that?

@robingall2910 TFM will almost definitely need to be re-written for 1.8. Once that is completed general development work (like this issue) would continue. Until then I believe there is a freeze in place.
