Resolve build issue #2171
Description
There is currently a dependency issue with the latest build due to the TF-WorldEdit trying to use a 1.7 build of Craftbukkit. The 7.0.0.-SNAPSHOT version of WorldEdit removes this dependency and works fine, we just need to merge that into the main WorldEdit branch and do some testing there.
This will block the 5.0.1 and future releases going live until we've gotten to the bottom of this.
